Dear TNMS supporters,

The mission begins.

We had a very effective fundraising event and have now arrived in Cuenca. Pam spent hours in Calgary working to be sure all details in terms of implants and instruments were ordered, and flights as well as accommodation was secured. She lead us all in packing and loading the hockey bags.

The Santa Ines Hospital is ready, Jordan came Friday and set up the work spaces and emptied the hockey bags. Dave and Rod joined in today. We are setting up the clinic as I write this message.

Richard Ng has provided some photos from our 2 days of travel. We are ready for final set up tomorrow and to triage 80-plus patients!
